Delivery sooner than expected when ordered in back-order status. Some assembly required, but not too onerous. Needed to use online videos -- paper version option would have been nice, though. Bicycle has been great. The Turi has been a solid bike for my arthritic body. Only rode seriously a few times before winter hit, but no issues -- and the continuous 'gear' system is wonderful and easy to use.
