I was very pleased with Pawrade from the first point of contact to the time we had our puppy in our arms. The people we worked with were very congenial and helpful. Response times to correspondence were prompt and either answered my questions or instructed me in my next steps to completing the transaction and receiving our puppy. We received a healthy and happy puppy and would use Pawrade again.

Everything went well with the purchase process. Because of transport problems it took over 2 weeks to get her. KEIRA /Tessa finally arrived safe and is a wonderful addition to my family.
When can I get my puppy?
I reserved my puppy on 11/27/2021, the puppy was available on 11/28/2021. And I selected the Airpanion for delivery, full payment was paid 2 weeks ago, during these two weeks, travel assistance Morgan only posted one message，there is no flight info, no date. I did have lots of communications with Mary, but she is not handling puppy travel，so I still have no idea when to get my puppy.
