We could not be happier with our Shih Tzu puppy Rudy. Overall, we feel the experience was pretty good. I feel we were somewhat mislead in regards to her transportation to us. We decided to go with the Pampered Ground transportation which I was told was a driver and a care taker for the puppies. Corresponding emails (more than one) indicated she would be delivered 2-4 days from breeder pick up depending on the route. Well, 8 days later and over 3500 miles later she was delivered to us. I can’t tell you how upset we were that she had to travel for that many days. We wish someone at Pawrade would have let us know in advance that this would be the travel time. If so, we definitely would not have agreed to it and would have sent her on a plane with a flight nanny. The people providing customer service were very kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. We were also told a supervisor would be in touch and now 11 days after her arrival we have not heard anything. My hope is that this miscommunication will not happen in the future with other eager pet owners. There is nothing more special than welcoming a fur baby into our home. Thank you, Colleen Conneryb
Skipper, née Cayden, arrived in great shape and seems to adjusting well to his new home. We look forward to many years of companionship from our new Lab
I give only four stars for communication issues. Otherwise, I would give an enthusiastic 5 stars! We love our pup. He was obviously well cared for. At 15 weeks he knew his name (the breeder began using his name chosen by us). He was comfortable with being handled. He knew basic commands. Although it was a very long travel day for him, he arrived none the worse for the wear and bonded with us immediately.
